The Meadows at Stonecoal Lake has established a Homeowner's Association (HOA). Meetings are held quarterly. Currently, HOA dues for homesites located on The Meadows at Stonecoal Lake Phase I and II are $25 per month per lot; and $40 per month upon completion of your home. HOA dues for the homesites located in The Estates at The Meadows at Stonecoal Lake Phase I are $40 per month per lot; and $65 per month once the home is complete.
